Are the flip charts durable?
They certainly are! The pages are made of a heavy stock and the metal binding ensures that the flip charts can withstand countless patient education sessions and daily use.
Can I save when I order multiple items?

Where do your products ship from?
We aim to ship you products as quickly and efficiently as possible. If you order from North America (including the United States, Canada and Mexico), your flip charts will ship from the United States. If you order from Europe (including the United Kingdom), your flip charts will ship from Europe. All posters currently ship from the United States.
Do you provide products in other languages?
Today, our products are in English and Spanish only, but we're looking to expand language options in the near future. If you have a specific request, please let us know!
Is Doctor-Patient Consultation Illustrations new?
No, it's the same great book with a new name. Previously, there were Physician and Optometrist versions of the flip chart. Over time, the content of these books became the same. To simplify our product offering, both titles are now offered as the Doctor-Patient Consultation Illustrations. Upgrade to the 2019 Edition today!
What is your 30 Day Money Back Guarantee?
Simply put: if you're not completely satisfied with your product, we will accept your return within 30 days, no strings attached. If there is a problem with your order, or if you have feedback, we will do everything we can to make it right. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you have an issue!
Can I get a branded flip chart?
Yes, you can! We're able to provide you a customized cover with your Eye Center's name and logo incorporated. We can also add or remove specific panels at your request.
